Hell Cell Synopsis
Forty years after the last of the world economies collapsed, survivors of every major city have risen up under the leadership of deviant gangs replacing just governments, hell bent on exercising their own brand of order, punishment and brutality. Between these cities are the ravenous wilds of a forgotten world, where travelling war parties, heavily equipped infiltration units and the dreaded Reeker race, wander the wastelands in search of prey. The Reekers, created after viral weapons were unleashed on the North American civilian populous, hold a dark connection to a lonely female scout from the city of Solitude named Phoenix. Her situation grows dyer when she returns home from the wastelands with a mysterious traveler from New York, only to find her city on the brink of civil war. She is pitted with the survival of her own underground community made up of urban youth in contrast to her allegiance to the ruling gang the Raven Order, who are forcing hostile take-overs of neighboring cities as well as each other.
This is a world of death and decay where survival is a day-to-day struggle and hope is all but a faded memory. This is Hell Cell.
